This boat was a bit of a sad story. Someone purchased this boat and used it for a short time before the entire bottom started to come apart. Large sections of previous repair were cracking and the boat almost sunk on lake Michigan. With no apparent recourse short of legal action, the owner decided to sell the boat. The buyer brought the boat to the shop for an estimate. This was one of the rare occasions where I missed the mark and ended up putting in some "free" time on the job. It took quite a bit of time to undo this mess, but when everything was said and done the boat looked great and the customer was happy. The boat has seen two seasons of use without incident.
